1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the AgroResidue SCM platform ("Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and AgroResidue SCM ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2 Account Registration & Security

Access to the Platform requires an account created by an authorized administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must notify your administrator immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must not share your credentials with any third party.
• Upon initial login, you must change your temporary password to a strong, permanent password.
• The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these terms.

3 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose: managing agricultural residue supply chain data. You shall not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its underlying systems.
• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate data into the system.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to access or interact with the Platform.

4 Data Ownership & Usage

All data submitted through the Platform remains the property of the respective organization administering the account. By submitting data, you grant the Company a limited license to store, process, and display the data as necessary to provide the Platform's services.

The Company does not sell, share, or distribute user-submitted data to third parties, except as required by law or as necessary to provide core Platform functionality (e.g., AI-powered analytics).

5 Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, features, and content, is the exclusive intellectual property of AgroResidue SCM. All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without express written consent.

6 Service Availability

The Company strives to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the unavailability of the Platform.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AgroResidue SCM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

8 Modifications to Terms

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
